An unusual glass cheese board executed in an aqua-blue glass. It was designed by Gösta Sigvard for Swedish glassworks, Lindshammar, in 1968. It could easily double as a small candle plate.
Entirely hand-made, it was created by pouring molten glass, freehand, onto a flat marvering table and letting it pool, then forming it further by 'slumping' it over a mould in an oven that brings the glass to a point where it's pliable and gravity steps in.
Each item is unique, and no two will ever be identical.
