A set of six large crystal champage saucers or tall sherbert glasses, from the series 'Daudet' (later 'Crown'), produced by Belgian glassworks, Val Saint Lambert, from c.1900 until at least the 1950s.
This vintage set is probably of 1930s-50s production.
Each glass, executed in a bright, clear, and weighty lead crystal, has a tactile panel-cut stem with facet-cut knop and trapped bubble. The panel cutting of the stem extended to the base of the wide and delicate bowl.
