For goods that are damaged or not as described please see the Condition clause. For made-to-order items please see the Custom Orders clause.
Nothing in these sections limits your rights where goods are damaged or not as described.
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days of receiving the item, starting the day after you took receipt of the delivery. You will be refunded your payment and the original shipping costs within 14 working days of our receipt of the returned goods. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
Items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Any vintage items sold sealed in original packaging must be returned unopened.
Goods that are made to order, as will generally be the case with our handmade soft furnishings, cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is accepted. In this case, after we have sent you a Delivery Advice email, you will have entered into a binding contract to buy the goods, and because the goods are being made for you, you will not be able to cancel that contract.
Once the order has been accepted you can only return them if they were misdescribed or are not of satisfactory quality or reasonably fit for the purpose and we cannot remedy the fault to your reasonable satisfaction.
Please notify us of defects, such as missing parts or damage, within 14 working days of delivery and additionally, wherever possible, by describing the defects on the proof of delivery document you are asked to sign. You may notify us by using the Contact Us form.
In such instances we will refund all costs, including any associated return costs, within 30 days of your cancellation.
